I just read your message and Crazy's response (you didn't leave me to rebut anything, CC! ;-)

All I can add to CC's excellent response is that the information you refer to continually through your post is nothing new: it's been publicly available since the first announcement of the deal with Vanenberg/Baan back in the summer. There's been lots of time to analyze the information and determine the implications as each of us sees them, and I'm surprised to see you hitting out at the deal only at this late date.

I take it then that you've sold, and this was your post explaining to the thread your reasoning before you move on? It's the only thing that would make sense for you given your overwhelmingly negative view of the deal. Though I must say, I have the same problem Crazy does with many of your points; I think you've misread things pretty significantly.

Me, I see positives all over the place...and I'm more enthusiastic about the future with NSI than I have ever been.

All the best with your other investments, Sili. Perhaps we'll meet again on an opportunity we read the same way.
