So far I think it is less a matter of large to small cap shift than a bounce back from extremely oversold conditions in the aggressive growth sector. As usual, the market tends to overshoot whether up or down. After that 12% in PBHGX, PBEGX looks like the best buy this week.

I also hold Heartland Value fund (small cap) and there is no corresponding surge there. Of course, its up a few percent over the same period where PBHG and other growth funds caved 20-40%. Measured from this point, the aggressive growth funds look like they should have a very good year indeed coming up.
