Charles, The more I think about it..the easier it becomes for me to rationalize that MSFT did nothing wrong. It will be a long and colorful appeals process. MSFT will ultimately win. Gates is correct to continue to innovate. The competition is more disappointed with the outcome than MSFT. (and for good reason!) John
