Spain's Telefonica: No Comment On Report Of Lycos Deal MADRID -(Dow Jones)- A spokesman for telecommunications company Telefonica SA (TEF) declined to comment Monday on reports that it's negotiating to take a stake in U.S. Internet portal Lycos Inc. (LCOS). A report Monday in the financial daily La Gaceta said Telefonica is aiming to make its Internet unit Terra Networks (TRRA) one of the world's top ten Internet portals.
