Talk Visual to Host High-Tech ``Nationwide Investor Videocall Seminars' in 20 Cities Across North America
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2000--(OTC-BB: TVCP). Global telecommunications and videocalling service provider TALK VISUAL CORPORATION's Chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company is planning to host a series of nationwide investor seminars in 20 cities across North America. The seminars will commence in May and will be well-publicized locally and nationally. Investors, potential investors, and interested members of the general public and financial community are freely invited to attend.
Using convenient public venues, the Company will provide a comprehensive overview of its plans, activities and projections. The seminars will include demonstrations of the Company's latest technological innovations in high-tech videocalling. Systems demonstrations will include videocalling systems by Polycom and Picturetel. In addition, the seminars will demonstrate the Company's new TV225 desktop videotelephone produced exclusively for Talk Visual by Motion Media.
Attendees will be invited to present questions to the Chairman and to the Company's President/CEO. The question-and-answer sessions will continue for up to three hours, and will be connected live on the Company's Virtual Private Network via ISDN or IP.
The following cities are currently designated for seminars: Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, Denver, San Antonio, Salt Lake City, Chicago, New York, Boston, Washington, Atlanta, Miami, Philadelphia, and Tampa. The first seminar will be held in Los Angeles in mid-May, specific date to be announced shortly. Investor seminars will continue over a projected ten-week period.
The company is setting up a team of Investor Relations specialists to organize and host this unique investor seminar program.
