several executive appointments to focus the company more intensely on
data and Internet-centric solutions.
RSL COM U.S.A.'s new organization focuses on the development of
leading edge data-networking and internet-enabled solutions custom
designed to meet specific business needs of individual customers. RSL
COM plans to offer turn-key telecom and IT solutions as well as
consultative network design, implementation and management services.
An applications hosting facility is currently under construction in
Pittsburgh and will be operational within the next month.

Mr. Marino, announced a realignment of senior executive
responsibilities in marketing and sales:
James G. Ducay has joined RSL COM U.S.A. as Senior Vice President
of Product Development and Management. Mr. Ducay will be responsible
for the development, life-cycle management and evolution of all RSL
COM U.S.A. products, with a particular focus upon data- and
Internet-centric products which, through his significant experience in
the field of telecommunications, he is uniquely qualified to bring to
market.
James M. Kohosek is now Senior Vice President of Marketing and
Business Development. He will be responsible for forging new strategic
partnerships and alliances, co-marketing and co-delivery
relationships, and for leading the development and execution of merger
and acquisition strategies. Mr. Kohosek will also be responsible for
both internal and external communications including advertising, media
relations, and public relations.
Carolyn M. Mahoney, has joined the Company as Senior Vice
President of Sales. With more than 15 years of experience and a proven
track record of success building and leading high-performance sales
and customer care organizations for telecommunications companies, Ms.
Mahoney is superbly fit for this very significant role. She will
manage all RSL COM U.S.A. sales channels, including professional
direct, agent and wholesale, as well as all account service management
functions.
The functions of Finance, Information Technology and Human
Resources, currently handled out of the Woodland Hills, California
office, are being relocated to the new RSL COM U.S.A. headquarters
facility at 1001 Brinton Road, in Pittsburgh. This migration will be
completed by mid-year.
