This one is going to hurt: 08:23 ET Legato Systems (LGTO) 44 5/8: Company announces it will be restating 1999 financial results. Company also puts Q1 revenue at $54 to $56 mln, SG Cowen's estimate was $74 mln. Auditors are reviewing 1999 results. LGTO says some sales reps entered into "side deals" that involved $7 mln in Q4 revenues.
