Recent SEC filings explain the current price pressure. Several venture capital firms or persons with large (>5%) holdings filed to report (Schedule 13Gs) some sales of shares. I haven't reconciled them to see how much, in the aggregate, has been added to float. Also, AQLA filed its Annual Report (Form 10K as of Dec. 31, 1999) on March 30, 2000. Its 50 or so pages make for fun reading on a rainy Monday. Click on <SEC> below to see these filings and even to retrieve&print.
