Net2Phone and ILNK are related in that they are in the same sector - just different focuses or applications of IP telephony. NTOP more toward consumer user, ILNK more toward business user.

Also, One of Net2Phone's products uses ILNK's Real-time IP network.

Indavo is beta testing now... i guess 10,000 units are going to be placed in operation.

ILNK has VoIP technology/network that a progressive telco might want to get it's hands on.
