NET2PHONE (NTOP) - as of April 2000 - a prime emerging tech situation. Market Value(CAP) is low at approximately 3 billion, no long term debt.

1. KEY Trend: Long Distance Phoning via the internet
2. Downside risk of this stock largely removed - last Friday with T taking large stake in parent company of NTOP.
3. Yahoo and AOL also involved
4. Agreement with RealNetworks - last month- could bring many techie early adopter users on board
5. Broadband appears on the way big time -whether through cable, DSL, microwave or Satellite. Expect multi- hookup broadband outlets in houses within several yrs, including the kitchen. Broadband very advantageous to internet based phoning.
6. Commercial enterprises already gearing up to offer "push to talk" options on web sites (eg.FTP)
