"The combination of our expanded offering and our customer's need to go beyond ERP presents a major opportunity for Ross," said Pat Tinley, Ross' President and COO. "In some situations, our Maintenance Management System fulfills the needs of another part of the customer's organization; in others, our Transportation Management System is required. Depending upon the industry sector, customers may require the Forecasting System or the Vendor Management Inventory Module or the Finite Capacity Scheduling that make up our APS strategy. And almost everyone today is interested in e-commerce, and our B2B offerings provide a tightly integrated solution to their ERP system. We anticipate solid business growth and improved customer satisfaction in the Customer Connect program."
