Ross Systems Announces New Agreements; More B2B and Portal Contracts

Vitasoy International Holdings in Hong Kong licensed Ross' iRenaissance(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System and Ross' Internet connection architecture, iRenaissance.Portal. Vitasoy will deploy iRenaissance for its operations in China and its Vitasoy USA operations headquartered in San Francisco. Vitasoy is the largest producer and distributor of non-carbonated beverages in Hong Kong. Vitasoy USA is the largest manufacturer and marketer of soy drinks, tofu, Asian pasta and teas in North America.
Eisenhart Wall Coverings Co. in Hanover, Pennsylvania, an existing Ross iRenaissance customer, expanded its agreement with Ross by licensing iRenaissance.Portal. In addition, Eisenhart contracted with Ross' e-commerce subsidiary, Resynt, for sell side website solutions. Eisenhart became Resynt's seventh B2B customer. Air Quality Sciences, Inc. in Atlanta also contracted with Resynt for building the company's website. Air Quality Sciences is Resynt's first engagement with a non-Ross iRenaissance customer.
