Legato's revision of its 1999 revenues, following Microstrategy, as well as the increasing torrent of mainstream business press reports of financial acrobatics by the new economy fantasy companies has, IMO, marked the tech top. I think there won't be a general market crash, but rather a secular rotation from techs back to value.
