You still seem to be missing the point. The MAIV is not built to compete with these consumer products which it far outperforms. It is built for the industrial use market. Closer competition would be ruggedized laptops which can't compete with MAIV in the types of situations the MAIV works best. When you compare the pricing of a ruggedized laptop with the suitable configurations you will find the price difference is between $500 to $1000 (estimate). I applaud the management of XYBR for pricing their product as a complete solution which includes specific software and/or sensor setups. The margin is greater and the benefit to the customer is greater.
When the MA-V comes out at year end, then we can start arguing the competitive pricing of a consumer product.
