The following information is from "Gretchen" at Top Ten Financial Services, GMCH's outside IR firm. Her number is 1-800-324-3464.

She says that in order to "be sure" you get the rights offering you should have bought three days prior to March 31. However, they "may" do a second review of the shareholder list which would pick up those that bought less than three days prior to March 31. However, she does not know if they will do a second review of the shareholder list.

She also says that you "should" be able to sell now and still have the rights (assuming you were a shareholder of record on March 31) but she is advising people to hold until they have the rights "just to be safe." Her exact words: "Anything could happen and just to be safe it is better to hold until you have the rights."

LOL . . . clear as mud. I love it. In short, though, it looks like it is okay to sell now if you were a shareholder of record on March 31, but if you want to be 100% sure you get the rights you should wait until you get them.

It also looks like I will not get the rights unless they do a "second review" because I did not buy until March 31. I'll send the company an email and encourage them to do the "second review." Anybody else in my boat may want to do the same. The president's email is as follows: jtilton@aweb.com
