Try using a program called Cookie Pal. You can download it from CNET or kburra.com. I have it set to accept all cookies from .siliconinvestor.com and two other sites and that's about it. The rest of 'em get rejected. FWIW, I reject over hundred plus a day. BTW, how do you purge all cookies without screwing up the sites you need to visit, like SI?*
