Antitrust Ruling To Come at 5PM ET
District Court Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson will rule at 5 p.m. EST Monday on whether Microsoft Corp. violated the nation's antitrust laws, the court announced on Monday.
The judge's ruling follows the collapse of settlement talks between Microsoft and the U.S. Justice Dept. on Saturday. Jackson issued findings of fact last year that said Microsoft had abused monopoly power in personal computer operating systems.

His conclusions of law will say whether that abuse amounted to a violation of the law.

any chance the answer will be no?
