Hello to everyone,

I was fortunate enough to have spent last week in Denver at the Option Investor seminar. Meeting Poet was a definite highlight, she is even more gracious and knowledgeable in person. I was also able to share time with DM and Ylang Ylang Breeze and appreciate their wisdom and willingness to help others.

Due to flight restrictions some of the participants were unable to stay for the final session relating to the tools that Option Investor recommends. One site in particular was recommended, BigEasyInvestor.com. It is free and has some very good charting tools that were demonstrated. For charting beginner's like me it is especially helpful, as it explains what you are looking at. A definite charting for dummies site! Our instructor, James, also said it was an excellent tool for experienced investors. He uses it daily.

We had a live trading demonstration that utilized the Preferred trading site. The ability to choose the exchange where to place the trade as well as the speed of the executions was very impressive. They also are unique in that you cant set limit and stop orders based on the price of the common stock, rather than having to calculate option pricing.

I wish I had had this knowledge before I jumped in and started trading. My account would definitely be much larger today.

My positive thoughts and prayers are with us all as we hover at 4300.
