Yaacov. Yes. It will be a good buying opp. once the Judge gets through with his spiel. But what worries me is that all those little cos. are sitting around waiting for Msft being cut down to size. Like usual, the have nots want to take things from the ones that have it. Yes. I know that Msft was in the same position at one time but all this is quite some time ago and it took IBM a long time to recover, if it has. I am not crazy about some of Msft's tactics but if the GVT wanted to do something about it, it should have done so a lot earlier. I believe its pretty dangerous what's going on here. Those cos. that are crying foul now about Msft may be crying a lot more foul about the GVT down the road. Do we really want GVT continuously meddling in cos. businesses as long as natl.sec. is not threatened? I don't think so. It could be a lot more worrisome for the internet if all this keeps up. GVT intervention into business, with this so very old monopoly law in this day and age, should not be hailed, imo. Everybody is screaming that a lot of the net cos. will go under. Now they are trying to merge and what do we see? GVT getting more and more involved. The newest is fiber optics. JDSU/ETEK. Plenty of fiber optic cos. around. So where is the beef? Just because it will have a big capitalization? I thought we were capitalists. The internet has made this economy thrive. It's what keeps those guys, that fight it, in their GVT jobs from taxes paid by working Americans. Maybe it's not such a good idea that so many people are working? It gives the GVT a lot of money to spend. No wonder they don't want to pay us back some taxes. But I will take advantage of all this mess. My nets are hurting but some of the oldtimers are doing not too badly considering that the NAZ is down about 250 points. Could be an interesting close. Maybe the NAZ will recover at the end of the day. Msft could still weaken more but tomorrow or in a cpl of days, it could be a buy for the longer term, maybe even for the shorter term. Who knows, maybe things will even look better for Msft by the end of the day. But I will not be holding my breath but will be watching for a new entry point. RNWK got an upgrade from SB and a 12 mos. target price of 100. I already own shares but it is tempting. Sonny
