Harry, the Naz target I posted you is looking reasonable. I'm sooooo tempted to go for a quick kill on MSFT here. Wondering if the judge says the obvious, won't the stock simply rebound.

"In a Saturday press conference, Microsoft officials made it clear that whatever the judge rules they are prepared to carry out the
case as far as necessary -- including appeals -- where they hope to receive vindication.

Microsoft general counsel William Neukom said at the conference that Microsoft had won on appeal before, after losing at the
trial-court level. Appeals would likely last at least into 2002, experts have said."

I expect they'll be in litigation anyway, regardless of this outcome... and they've got the cash to support it.

Guess I have until the close to decide..
