Canadian Company Press Release AQI 2000-04-03 (provided courtesy of Canadian Corporate News.) register to receive future releases by email from CCN Aquiline announces private placement financing TORONTO, ONTARIO--Aquiline is pleased to announce that it has agreed to a brokered private placement of 750,000 special warrants at a price of $0.70 per special warrant for gross proceeds of $525,000. Each special warrant is exchangeable for no additional consideration into one common share and one common share purchase warrant of Aquiline. Each common share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Aquiline share at a price of $0.75 on or before May 31, 2001. First Delta Securities Inc. has agreed to act as agent for this placement. The closing of the private placement financing is anticipated to occur on or about April 28, 2000. Aquiline intends to use the proceeds of the private placement financing for further exploration work on its portfolio of platinum/palladium projects located near Sudbury, Ontario. Aquiline is currently active on both its East Bull Lake Property west of Sudbury where a first phase drill program is upcoming and on its suite of properties in the River Valley Intrusive north-east of Sudbury where a significant discovery has just been announced by Pacific North West Capital Corporation ("PFN") PFN's discovery validates the geological potential of the River Valley Intrusive and the potential for discovering one or more deposits of platinum/palladium which might be mined as open pits.
