You are probably reading all this with a sense of deja vu, it is like the original Freeport-McMoran report over again with much more clout. Trading will be halted until all the details are known and once they are we will all know "who did what" which is still UPPERMOST in my mind. The facts are still the facts and they will likely become VERY important in the near future.
Price Waterhouse will, hopefully, be very detailed, This will be expensive, it reminds me of Timbuktu-ASE, just on a much larger scale.
Yes, I still believe Walsh is innocent.
I believe that negligence (criminal or otherwise)will be the major factor from here on.
To all who lost money : my sympathy
