Bennett - I did notice that Idec mentioned AIDS-related NHL in their 10-K, but it was mentioned as a reason for the increased number of NHLs diagnosed over the past decade, rather than as a specific disease they are targeting. I'll look again; my mind tends to wander after the first few pages of legal-looking documents.

I like the words of your colleague regarding quality of life. They reminded me of an interesting anecdote I heard from someone involved in the Y2B8 trials. As you know, Y2B8 is radioactive so the attending physician will counsel the patient on how to prevent spreading contamination, exposing family members, etc. After listening, the patient responded with "OK, but what should I do with the used condoms?" Obviously, there's still some quality in his life!.
