VANCOUVER, April 3 /CNW-PRN/ - Cal Kantonen Chairman of First American
Scientific Corp. is pleased to report that the Globe 2000 conference held March 22 to 24 in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada, exceeded our most optimistic expectations. Over the course of three days we accumulated more than 700 direct leads. More than 45 of these leads were individuals in a position to authorize the purchase of our equipment. Further, more than 80 contacts cited specific problems or opportunities that the KDS Micronex(TM) could address in it's present configuration. These included processing of bark chips, oyster and clam shells, calcium carbonate, limestone, gypsum, coal, and wood chips.

There was significant interest in our progress with the processing of sludge and animal manures Major utilities from Canada and various US states joined senior representatives from Mexico, Chile and Venezuela in requesting frequent updates. Governments and private businesses from the Asia Pacific theatre made serious inquiries and in more than 30 instances have already contacted our offices for follow up activities. Representatives from Australia, The Philippines, Japan, Korea and China, at the state and provincial levels, requested additional marketing materials and provided specific contact and follow up information.

15 other trade show exhibitors expressed interest in combining the KDS Micronex(TM) into their existing and future systems. In areas as diverse as crumb rubber processing, biosoild waste treatment, wood and green waste
pelletizing and chicken manure processing the KDS Micronex(TM) was seen as an efficient, cost effective and profitable solution to problems they currently
experience.
