dennis, you are going to get pummelled for holding out for the last penny.

all you had to do was to go to swenlin's site and look at the rydex ratio for free, an intro to barrons readers.

90% of the money in rydex was in tech on March 9th. That was the top of wave 5, thats versus 20% two years ago.

you can't get any overbought than that, the last bear threw in the towel and was buying tech in early march, nobody was short.
