David, You sound like a Gates clone. It appears that MSFT just doesn't get it. The case against you was never about egos or innovation. It was about monopolistic practices undertaken by the company to destroy competition in the marketplace. You guys are no better than the robber barrons of the last century. You got caught, your company is about to get broken up into little units just like A T & T did back in the 1980s. Deal with it... -John
