I'm more optimistic. Today's action looks like the "panic". IMO everyone who really wanted to sell on the worst-case ruling got out the door today. Who doesn't know what's going down? The news even seems to have reached the red planet! Tomorrow with more information you will get marginal sellers throwing in the towel, plus (perhaps) margined-out sellers. Sellers should be exhausted early on and then I'll bet buyers emerge from their shells. No big upside because the smart shorts took their profits today, but I'll go out on a limb and predict we close at 93 tomorrow. To really go down and stay down we would need the big MFs to start dumping. They've already done so IMO. I suppose panicy investors reacting to the 300+ drop in the Nas might start to cash out of tech funds and that could do the trick, but then everything goes down, eh?
