I thought I made myself clear. Let me spell it out again so that you can understand. If you can't, perhaps there's an adult nearby that can help you read it.

I wager $1,000,000 that:

GUMM will not earn a net profit for the next two consecutive fiscal years (not quarters).

That means that I will deposit $1,000,000 cash into a federally secured interest bearing escrow account for two years until I am proven either right or wrong. If I am wrong, you win the money. If I am right, I get to keep my money PLUS $1,000,000 CASH plus interest(no stocks, bonds, real estate etc.)from you.

Is that clear enough?
