Oh, ok ... doh ... In a greenfield IPO the company is being invented from scratch using a brand-new share copier, and cash raised goes into the company's coffers .... in this case cpt already owns SEG and just sold a 22% portion, so cash raised goes onto cpt's books.

This does raise a question - On what will SEG operate? Funds loaned from cpt perhaps?
