Jim, re: "Man, that US Government sure can evaporate wealth when it wants to, eh?" Yep, about $80 billion worth, and that's just Microsoft. I don't know how much of the rest of the tech wreck was in sympathy with MSFT, but 350 points on the Nasdaq is more than pocket change out of folk's brokerage accounts. I suppose Mr. Greenspan will have a little celebration this evening. All that anti-wealth effect. John
