Thanks for your comforting reply. We are all shocked, obviously.
However, I recall that the present management have been with public companies before, and they surely knew, or should have known the requirements of NASDAQ for public companies given their knowledge of the balance sheet of IABSF. This seems kind of unbelievable to me that they did not take care of this little detail before moving toward a new deal.

Also, haven't there been new accounts and some new cash flow since the new management took over? Maybe there hasn't been enough time for these new cash flows to impact the bottom line, and get reflected in the audited statement.

Hope this works out. And, yes, if we only knew the future, the present stock price is even a better deal than before, assuming the prospects of the company are really as good as some of the recent company news bulletins have indicated.

Hope someone keeps tabs on the company regarding this. I have been favorably impressed with Chuck Tait so far, and hope that his comments about the company's prospects are in line with reality.
