Monty, Billy should just settle, he's too arrogant. They've played dirty and benefitted from it, why hold out for the last penny, it's big denial.

By not settling, MSFT will have the feds on their back just like tobacco/phillip morris and the stock will continue to be flapped around by the latest new item. Not good for all the softie employees paid by stock options.

This market is flailing all over the place, the naz down 350 and the dow up 300. This makes last years sector rotation about this time look like chump change.
