Tom,
Afterhours some rationality has returned to the market - SUNW, ORCL, RHAT, et. al trading up on MSFT ruling. Earlier today sellers were throwing out even these issues. Sounds like the court will exact a pound of flesh ($$) from Mr. Softee and perhaps we can get on with our lives. May be a real boon for smaller software cos. like RNWK. Gotta go, Janet Reno beckons.
