How is the ruling going to benefit consumers? It won't! It will only serve to salve the jealousy of the disgrunteled investors who missed out on investing in MSFT, like the moron who has suddenly appeared on this thread. Gates is also being punished for not contributing to Government extortionists through their lobbyists.
