RE: well duh, all that money just to tell us what we knew already.. Gorillas (now called monopolists) make the best investment in some cases so naturally we love to hold them. Consumers will NEVER see any money or lower prices out of this deal EVER! Nor will they necessarily see better software. What they will see is someone else come along and fill this void IF msft is somehow restricted in their biz IMO...while we on a roll here lets go after OPEC sheiks and hustle them for our money back.
