I just happen to be going to some sort of meeting in Vancouver with IMVC at the request of a friend...tonight. Let you know more tomorrow. But a call today to IR tells me this. O/S 23.5 million Float 1.0 million Options - none out now, to be set soon. More on that later I guess. Audited financials - 1-2 weeks SEC filings - SB10 couple of weeks away, 4 MM's on it now, sounds like one will file 15C2-11 soon. Web site - demo not working for me - I'm told it's down right now. - why is everything in one frame on the left, and nothing in the right hand frame? Dunno. Later, Jim
