Keep in mind this is NOT a mature market - we are just
scratching the surface here. In a mature market a superior
product does have to take market share away from
competitors, but in an infant market we just have to take
away some potential RBAK customers.

From September 1998 to September 1999, RBAK sold about 1000
boxes. Their total revenue for their entire existance of
just over 3 years
(1996-1999 per the annual report) was
just over $73.5 million - hardly a lock on a future market
measured in the billions.

That said, we already know per Noam's comments in the CC
that "another" RBAK customer has chosen Red-C, so we already
must have picked up more than one defecting customer.
