It's difficult for me to see what the law is in this case, and arbitrary application of any law to a very few people/entities is the exact opposite of justice. So, MSFT is the only corporate entity that has broken this particular law, that has engaged in these practices? If there are others, and they are not likewise prosecuted, then we have a problem. Can you tell me exactly what law it is the MSFT broke, and what they did that violated the law, or at least point me to a clear reference on these issues? It's just not clear to me that MSFT went way beyond what may businesses seem to do. And, to me, if there's doubt, it's best to leave Government out and let the markets take care of business in their own way. Kevin
