So, if the trend only lasts for 10 min; is it still a trend?
<VBG> I know and you know that those that "trade CNBC" are going to get their heads handed to them. (Been there GBFE) still stings my hide when thought about. The was a recent article about the manager of a trailer park started trading Squawk Box...he lost the entire 40K in capital and gave up in frustration. There are a lot of stories just like that one. I doubt he had any coaching or even knew how to read a chart. That is exactly my point, education, study, practice and dicipline coupled with the attitude of "I'll never give up" is the key to gains.

Now, that being said for the short term trading. I want to add that learning to read a SEC filing, understanding at least the basics of finanicals are the absolute keys to even larger gains. I know that there are those in the market that are want it all and now. A balance between the two ways of trading is the way to go IMO.

You keep finding the IFLO's GTNR's IFCI MXTR DUSA etc. and I'll do the short term work for us (and all the lurkers) That is why the Amigos thread is a constant winner. We have the best people here. (Won't even go into names as they are numerous) Quite, but numerous...LOL

BTW The bride bought MSFT at 91 5/8. (swing trade only) along with NOK.A (4/1 split on the 11th.)
