Sonny -- I hope we never have to do that --down loading from servers with different operating platforms from who knows where . At least my PC stands alone even with it faults . As far as I can tell I am not one of the consumers that has been harm by MR Softie/INTC---converse ---I have really been able to take advantage of the internet and numerous software programs (Quicken, etc ) .
The waste of our taxpayers dollars to chase the companies who have cash ( ala tobacco, software ) is wrong . Individuals such as you and I should be intelligent enough to make decisions on products that are legal to decide if they are to be part of our lifestyle . The real shame is this is just getting started --liquor is next ---cookies manufactuers are are just behind if you have diabetes .
The real issue is Americans taking responsibility for their actions and not depend upon big brother to protect them . It is funny the one issue I would feel that government should be involved is the oil issue . They either need to sue OPEC as a monopoly ( due to foreign involvement ) or develop a national policy to be energy and pollution free such as the hydrogen fuel we have talk about ---guess their is not enough money in either subject . Enough !
Both you and I know the Tech stocks will come back ---I sure as heck am not going to invest in a bond for a 6 % return . I am in Qcom and TXN --If they pull back any more I will be buying and put them away for the next year

BEST WISHES
BILL
