Hi,
1. The duplicate entries might be due to the fact that the manual file has been processed twice:
a) as the main data file AND b) as the manual file specified in Step2!
Create an empty file and select the in Step2 as the main data file.
Select your manual input file in step2 as usual
2. No transactions are showing up, because you have only the BUY orders
(positive share size)
but the SELL orders seem to be missing
Here is a sample if you would sell ALL the shares on Feb 1st:
