Res Judicata I couldn't have said it better. CSCO may be a monopoly, but the findings of fact against MSFT are that it abused its monopoly power. As a former U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, prosecutor, I believe that the divestiture of MSFT is only a matter of time, even in these post-AT&T divestiture times where antitrust enforcement is less likely. I do not think we have ever seen a case more meritorious of divestiture in my lifetime. John
