One or two.

I've found I can foul a week quite thoroughly by trading Friday afternoon, I think it's because I am tired.

Expiration Fridays are particularly risky; so unless I feel pretty good or I am aware that I am well-focused I tend to walk off. I had Friday knocked on paper in retrospect; but it makes no difference. It's just as well that my habit is to stay off the box during that period of time.
