Hi Kemble! TP posted this article, but I thought you would appreciate this quote. It reminded me of what you say about Dell set-up to sell everything from Jets to Paper Clips! "Dell has great one-to-one relationships with millions of customers around the world. Now it wants to use the Dell brand to sell those customers things other than computers."
