As I said before, I posted the article as an FYI for others on SI; Yahoo printed it so I posted it. Reading a misleading article does not make it less relevant. What does it matter if I read the article or not? This stock market is about perceptions not facts or real earnings so any information could be relevant and material.

Second, if you are going to dish out the abuse, be ready to take it. When BRCM is going for 215 and you put a sell order in for 115, try telling your broker it was his mistake for not reading your mind. I have never heard of the "brain surgeon" exception for trading errors. Please post the SEC code section stating this safe harbor excuse. Perhaps it is related to the "I have no brain" theory? (Perhaps you might try the twinkie defense...)
