GST, Re: It is reliably profitable because it has market power. It has used its market power in illegal ways I very much doubt. It is profitable because those profitable products are the best in their category. I have come across a number of Microsoft products which no matter how hard they want to push it, they failed miserably. Just a few example, say CE or may be their SMS and a number of others. Gary
