Gary: Trust me on this one Gary -- this is all about profits, and the remedies will be designed to reduce the source of MSFT profits -- their market power. The payments in damages, whatever they are,, and the legal costs are nothing compared to the loss of future monopoly profits -- that is what will hurt.
