Its divesture is merited > divestiture??? You said that you used to be with the Anti-Trust Division, didn't you? And the Telephone Deregulation Act is proving itself to be every bit as effective as the 1985 Gramm Rudman Hollings Act (aka, the balanced budget amendment)
