If you or the Judge had bothered to read Netscape's original IPO prospectus, ya'll would know that Netscape's strategy was to give away their browser for free (to establish a dominant., i.e. monopoly share), and charge for their website server. It was only after they were running out of money that they started charging for their browser.

But, I know that Netscape's plan was okay, since this Judge Jackson supports certain monopolies, no matter how those monopolies were formed (predatory pricing, etc.).
