AudioSoft Copyright Management
The AudioSoft copyright & data reporting system is a sophisticated music usage monitoring system for the Internet. The system captures, organizes and delivers information from content distributors and refines it into usable databases for music industry organizations. Tracking both performing rights and mechanical rights, it provides rights owners with detailed and customizable reports on music consumption by territory.
The AudioSoft architecture is designed to be audio file format agnostic and to be integrated with all major content distribution platforms. The AudioSoft copyright & data reporting system supports the Secure Digital Music Initiative (SDMI) and other industry standards.
InterTrust Digital Rights Management
Digital rights management (DRM) technologies protect and manage rights and interests in digital information. InterTrust's DRM platform provides a common foundation for distributed e-commerce digital information and event management.
InterTrust DRM is enhanced by its use in the MetaTrust Utility, a non-discriminatory, policy neutral, global environment for digital commerce. The MetaTrust Utility enables a digital commerce platform that support multiple formats and content types and leverages trusted components through its OpenRights Initiative that should speed applications and services to market.
In the content industry, InterTrust DRM and the MetaTrust Utility allow authors, publishers, enterprises, governments, users and others to specify, as appropriate, rules regarding the use of digital information, and the consequences resulting from such use. InterTrust© technology is designed to protect digital information, apply rules persistently after information is distributed, and automate many e-commerce processes related to content use. InterTrust's DRM platform is general purpose and manages most media and content types, including music, publications, business information, video, games, software and images.
